Kindergarten Registration Schedule

If your child turns five (5) years on or before
December 2, 2009, he/she will be starting kindergarten in September or sooner in some
schools.

Our School Registration Center is Open

July 26th through August 19th, 2010

 

Monday - Tuesday-Wednesday 9:00am To 2:30pm

Thursday 9:00am To 5:30pm

To register your child you will need the following:

• Proof of Address (Most recent utility bill: gas, electricity or phone)
• Child’s Birth Certificate (Hospital certificates are not accepted)
• Child’s Updated Immunization Record — Schedule your child’s kindergarten physical and immunization updates with your doctor now!  Health forms can be picked up at your home school site office.
• If your child currently has an Individual Education Plan (IEP), please notify the school secretary.
• Oral Health Assessment/Dental Check-Up (Schedule your dental appointments now!  Forms can be picked up at your home school site office)
