Welcome to our Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (or ELO-P)

The El Monte City School District offers comprehensive programming that is FREE to all TK-6th grade students. Our Expanded Learning Opportunity Program (ELO-P), is designed to provide engaging and enriching activities before school, after school, weekend-based, and during extended breaks.
