Get your Spring Break plans all sorted out by signing up your student for our Spring Break Enrichment Camp 2023!
EMCSD Spring Camp is open to ALL El Monte City School District students through a partnership with LEARN and Windtree Education. This program is free for all students and includes meals. ASPIRE and Windtree staff will offer exciting programming focused:
- Science
- Technology
- Visual and Performing Arts, which includes Studio Art, Graphic Design, and Music
- KidsPlay sports clinics and physical activities at all 14 EMCSD schools
In addition, students will have the opportunity to go on field trips which may include the California Science Center in Los Angeles, the Museum of Flying in Santa Monica, Whale Watching in Long Beach, “The Cheech” Center for Chicano Art at the Riverside Art Museum, hiking trails and other local learning centers.

The ASPIRE Site Coordinator at your child’s school will contact you to notify you of acceptance or waitlist status no later than March 31 and provide you with a copy of the daily schedule and field trip opportunities.
Current enrollment in the ASPIRE program does not guarantee a spot in Spring Break Camp. A new registration form must be submitted for each school year, summer, or intersession (school break). Enrollment is subject to the prioritization system agreed upon with EMCSD, and may be limited by facility and staffing capacity at each school site.
