Our First Enrichment Friday is scheduled for Friday, November 1, 2024!
- All TK - 8th grade students are eligible
- You can drop off your child beginning at 7:30am. Program begins at 8:00am and ends 6:00pm
- Release times are grade-specific; you can see more information below
- Students will attend Enrichment Friday at their school
What is Enrichment Friday? It is an optional day for students, which means they can stay home or participate in our Enrichment Friday.
Registration is REQUIRED for Enrichment Fridays.
Sign-ups will begin on Monday, September 16, at 12:00pm; the last day to register your student for our first Enrichment Friday is September 27. No late applications will be accepted.
You are only signing up for our November 1st date - a new registration form will be sent before each scheduled Enrichment Friday.
Our theme for November 1st is Robots & You 🤖 and it will feature different types of robotic-themed and engineering activities for TK through 8th-grade students.
5th Graders will be going on a study trip on that Friday, while all other grade levels will remain on campus. More information and permission slips about your school's specific study trip will be shared at a later date.
Release time options are as follows - you will select a specific time for your student (all TK-8th graders are eligible to stay until 6:00pm)
- TK - 1st Grade: Early release from 1:00pm - 1:15pm
- TK - 8th Grade: Early release from 4:00pm - 4:15pm
- TK - 8th Grade: End of program from 5:45pm - 6:00pm
5th graders who want to go on the study trip MUST stay until end of program. No early release available for students going on study trips. If your child must leave early, they will not go on the study trip.
The day's programming is in partnership with Learn, WindTree, El Monte Parks & Recreation Department, Dorris Dann Kids Campus, and YMCA.
