"Give Blood. Help Save Lives." This is the purpose for this upcoming Blood Drive. In partnership with the American Red Cross, El Monte City School District will be hosting a Blood Drive to support local hospitals in need of blood.

EMCSD Students Get Brought to the Planning Table

El Monte City School District (EMCSD) has been focusing on finding the best ways to increase student learning and success through their Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP). Since Southern California’s first school was constructed here in 1852, El Monte has honored the education of its children and has grown into a thriving community of fourteen schools, which incudes five California Distinguished Schools and six ERP Honor Roll Schools, all dedicated to preparing our students for the challenge of a 21st century education.
