Your 2025-2026 Back-to-School Forms are available! To complete the form, you will need to use ParentVUE by Synergy (which is our Student Information System).
Follow these instructions to complete your Back-to-School Form!
- Click button above to go to ParentVUE login page
- Click the Button that says "Online Registration or Back-to-School Forms"
- Click the tile that says "2025-2026"
- Follow the onscreen instructions to update and complete your Back-to-School Form

Don't have an Active ParentVUE account?
- You should have received an email with the subject: "ParentVUE Activation for Synergy".
- Open the email and follow the instructions to activate your account.
Once activated and logged in, you can complete your Back-to-School Form by:
- Click the Button that says "Online Registration or Back-to-School Forms"
- Click the tile that says "2025-2026"
If you do not have the email with activation instructions, please contact your school office, and they can help you activate your account.

Why do I need to complete a Back-to-School form?
Every year, parents & guardians of returning students must complete Back-to-School forms in order to ensure we have the most up-to-date information on you and your student, including emergency contact info.
You can also update or add eligible adults to pick up your student(s) during dismissal and emergency contacts.
Completing these forms also allows our school to access additional funds to help support your student’s learning experience.
What is ParentVUE?
ParentVUE is part of our student information system where parents and guardians can access and update their student's information.
Are ParentVUE and ParentSquare the same thing?
No. ParentVUE is designed for parents to access our student information system, which integrates directly with ParentSquare. ParentSquare is our district's official communication platform that allows parents and guardians to receive information directly from our district, schools, and staff.
Do both parents need to complete a form for our student?
No. Only one parent or guardian needs to complete a Back-to-School form for their student(s).
If I have multiple children attending an EMCSD schools, do I need to complete a Back-to-School Form for each of them?
Yes. You must complete a Back-to-School Form for each student you have enrolled in our district to ensure we have the most up-to-date emergency and health information. Each student is unique, and we want to have the most accurate data available.
