City of El Monte COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Program

Unable to pay your rent? Rental assistance is available to El Monte residents who are of low income, have been financially impacted by the pandemic, and in need of rental help! Eligible recipients could receive up to $3,600 in rental assistance. The program is offered on a first-come-first-serve basis for as long as funding for the program is available.
