2024-2025 EMCSD School Calendar
The first day of school for the 2024-2025 school year is Thursday, August 15, 2024.
- Thanksgiving Break is from Monday, November 25 through Friday, November 29
- Winter Break is from Monday, December 23 through Friday, January 3
- Spring Break is from Friday, April 18 through Friday, April 25
We are excited to announce that in the 2024-2025 school year, we are introducing six (6) Enrichment Fridays. Enrichment Fridays give us the flexibility to rethink how we approach school with our students and families. We believe students learn best if we can provide them with experiences, and these Enrichment Fridays will reshape how we approach the student experience at EMCSD. The six Enrichment Fridays are:

- May 23, 2025
Student attendance is optional on the six (6) Enrichment Fridays listed above. Our schools will be open on these days and programming will be designed to engage students beyond traditional learning. More information about programming on these days will be provided during the school year.

What are Enrichment Fridays? Enrichment Fridays are optional student attendance days meaning students can either stay home or come to school to participate in various STEAM and sports activities along with Study Trips.
