Sample California Healthy Kids Survey
Every year, students and parents participate in the California Healthy Kids Survey (CHKS) in order to give our district insight and data useful for fostering a positive learning and working environment that promotes academic success among all students.
Below are samples of last year's survey for parents and students. We ask that you carefully review these surveys so we can finalize them for distribution to all necessary parties.
