The Personnel Department is designed to support District goals and devoted to ensure a supportive and positive working environment for all employees. The Personnel Department is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating all programs related to human services.
The Board desires to a establish a safe and supportive working environment where employees are treated as professionals. The Board of Education recognizes that the success of district students and programs hinges on effective personnel practices. These practices include recruitment, selection, development of staff, employee compensation and evaluations that will attract and retain employees that are highly qualified and dedicated to the education and the welfare of our students. Our department deliberately establishes personnel policies and practices to meet the goals of the Board.
