If you are aged 12+ and live or work in LA County, you're eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. Please register for a vaccine one of the links below:
 
If you need assistance scheduling a vaccine, please call (833) 540-0473 between 8:00am and 8:30pm. COVID-19 vaccines are FREE. Health insurance is NOT REQUIRED. Immigration status WILL NOT affect your eligibility. 
 
*If you are age 12-17, you are ONLY eligible for the Pfizer vaccine and you must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult, and present a photo ID and verification of age.*

LA County Department of Public Health is hosting a Town Hall in conjunction with Los Angeles County Office of Education tonight, August 4, to address information regarding LA County schools and COVID-19. You can tune in via YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook. Links are available below. We will provide a link to the completed Town Hall once available so you can watch at your own convenience.
 
 
On Tuesday, May 18 at 6 p.m., the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health held Vaccine Town Hall for Parents to provide the latest update on COVID-19 vaccines, including information for children. You can watch the Townhall by clicking the video below:

COVID-19 Testing at the Jeff Seymour Family Center is FREE. NO APPOINTMENTS NEEDED - WALKUPS AVAILABLE.
 
Testing is available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 10am - 6pm. Testing center is located at the Jeff Seymour Family Center, 10900 Mulhall St., El Monte, CA 91731

Voting Center & COVID-19 Vaccines Available at Jeff Seymour Family Center this Sunday!
 
The Jeff Seymour Family Center will behosting a Mobile Voting Center and COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic this Sunday, September 12 from 9:00am - 3:00pm.

The Mobile Voting Center will be operated by the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk office. Mobile Voting Centers provide modern features to make voting safe, easy, and convernient! LA County residents can come vote in person, complete same-day voter registration, or drop off Vote-by-Mail ballots.
 
The Pop-Up COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic is available to anyone ages 12 and up. Please remember to bring a photo ID or another form of identification. Persons under 18 need to have a parent or guardian present to receive vaccine. Health insurance and proof of citizenship are NOT required. Walk-ups and appointments are welcome. JULY 2021 COVID-19 VACCINE CLINICS

We have partnered with ActiveSGV to provide free COVID-19 Vaccines to anyone ages 12 & up at Cortada School on Friday, July 30th. The site is open for walk-ups from 3:00pm - 8:00pm. The site is open for walk-ups from 3:00pm - 8:00pm. Free food and raffles to win Dodgers or LAFC tickets will be available to anyone who gets a vaccine!
